room "King Max II. (25m²) on the 3rd floor.
Rented here is a unit of two double rooms for 1-4 persons with
a bathroom that is shared. The newly designed, bright daylight bathroom (7m²)
has a WC, shower, washbasin and towel dryer. It can be reached via the
corridor. Furthermore, there is a lounge (16m²) in "Biedermeier
style", a separate TV room (19m²) and a balcony for your exclusive use.
WLAN available.
In the TV room there is also a fridge and a coffee pad machine and associated coffee utensils. There are no cooking facilities. Dishwashing facilities are only available in the bathroom.

accessible areas of our house. (Outside your accommodation unit)
